General Shipping Information
My Meraki is committed to ship the orders in a quick, safe, and inexpensive manner. We try our best to ship our products within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly DM on Instagram within 2 hours of placing the order.
Shipping Rates
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipping within Kuwait is 2.500 KD to all areas .
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We use DHL for our international orders and we charge as per the final weight of your order + taxes as applicable.
For International orders shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any duty charges / custom taxes/ or any other local charges has to be taken by the customer. We will not be liable for such charges.
The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
No Returns Policy
Our No Returns Policy for clothing is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Once you have made a purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, even if the clothing item does not fit or you have changed your mind about the purchase.
We understand that it can be difficult to purchase clothing online without trying it on first, so we encourage you to carefully review the product description, size guide, and photos before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us via DM on Instagram before making your purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.
Exceptions to our no returns, size exchange policy are made only if the clothing item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged clothing item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to address the issue.
